Juniper is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Home and Community Care team across the Perth metro area. You will provide clinical nursing support in clients' homes, conduct assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
This casual role requires travel between client homes, a current driver’s licence, and AHPRA registration. The successful candidate will support older Western Australians to maintain independence at home.
