Queensland Government in Wide Bay invites you to join the Renal Unit as a social worker. You will deliver high-quality psychosocial support to patients and their families within a multidisciplinary team, aiming to optimise outcomes and maximise benefits.

This permanent part time role (38 hours per fortnight) offers a competitive remuneration package up to $78,680 p.a., with salary rates of $64.64-$69.56 p.h., plus employer superannuation up to 12.75% and an annual leave loading of 17.5% (HP4),
