The role

The Wedding and Event Sales and Coordinator is a representative of TrippasWhite Group in Sydney Opera House and is responsible for the end-to-endmanagement of the sales and coordination/planning of all wedding andcelebration related events across the multi venue operation.

Reporting directlyto the Senior Manager of Events and ensuring that all weddings and events arecoordinated and delivered in a professional,



courteous and efficient manner,the Wedding and Event Sales and Coordinator is also responsible for thehandover of event service to the Operations Team to ensure a smooth, reliableand skilled transition for the client.

This role will work from the TrippasWhite Group offices located at The Sydney Opera House. You will be working aspartof a high performing team who deliver and execute events to a highstandard in a fast-paced environment.

Does this sound like you?

As a Wedding and Event Sales and Coordinator we would expect you to have the following:

- At least 2+ years’ experience ina similar role in events or hospitality
- Proven success coordinatingdetailed wedding and celebration events
- Strong sales experience andcapability to on sell and up sell the venue
- Experience in managing,organising and coordinating site visits
- Outstanding time management andstrong multi-tasking skills
- Strong client, customer liaisonand relationship building skills
- Be able to form part of a teamand communicate effectively
- Innovative approach to new ideasand operations. Ability to think outside the box
- Love of events and hospitality!
