We’re looking for apermanent full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team atMurdoch (Wexford) , with occasional travel to other clinics when required.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:

- Welcoming and supporting patients
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointments
- Providing accurate and efficient administration
- Working closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who:

- Puts patients first and genuinely cares about great service
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills




- Is confident on the phone and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Brings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude

Medical reception or healthcare experience is highly regarded, but attitude and a genuine desire to help people are just as important.
