About the role:

As a Service Advisor/Receptionist , you are the face of the service department, the person customers trust to keep them informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting customers at the service desk and managing their vehicles through the workshop process from booking to delivery
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress so they always feel looked after, not left wondering
- Coordinating with technicians and the back office team to make sure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Processing invoices, managing job cards, and handling a range of administration tasks that keep the department running efficiently
- Identifying additional service needs and presenting them to customers in a clear, honest way that builds long-term trust
- Contributing to a team environment where good communication and shared accountability make everyone's work easier

About You:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can manage a busy setting without losing attention to detail.

More about you:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within automotive, hospitality, or another service-oriented industry
- Strong communication skills that allow you to explain technical information clearly and confidently




- Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, or customer management
- A current and valid driver's licence
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
- A genuine interest in vehicles or the automotive industry is a real advantage
