Seeking multiple experienced and motivated administration Support Officer to join the Consumer & Practitioner Services team.
About the Role
We areseekingmotivated and organisedSupport Officersto join ourRegulatory Operations Division. Reporting to theSenior Support Officer, you willprovidea wide range of high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of regulatory services.
Thesefixed ‑ term positions are available until 30 June 2027and are well suited to individuals who thrive in quick ‑ paced environments, enjoy working collaboratively, and have strong attention to detail.
Whatwe are looking for
You will bring:
- Experienced customer service, processing, and administration professionals.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect requests and find solutions.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise documentation and support.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience scheduling for trades would be well regarded.

About the BPC
Established in 2025, the BPC is Victoria's new independent regulator for the building and plumbing industries. The BPC brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV),
and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation have come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
