What You’ll Do

- Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high-performing, values-led culture
- Own performance outcomes across care quality,



financials, compliance and resident experience
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, team members and the local community
- Drive operational excellence through strong systems, continuous improvement and capable leaders
- Champion Opal’s C.A.R.E values in every decision and action

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health or community services)
- Robust ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture
- Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care
- Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands‑on leadership style
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
- AHPRA registration (highly regarded), or relevant qualifications/experience in a related field
