Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator for Brennan Park Swimming Pool in Bendigo. You will lead the aquatics team, coordinate daily operations with a focus on safety, and ensure service quality across shifts.

The role requires solid leadership, WHS knowledge, and certifications in lifeguarding and emergency response. Seasonal operations run Nov–Apr, with mornings, evenings and weekend rosters.
