Last St Distillery in Beechworth, Victoria is seeking a Head Distiller to lead all distillery operations, driving exceptional quality, consistency and efficiency across production.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will oversee product development, mentor the production team, improve production systems and contribute to the growth of the Last St Distillery brand. It also entails acting as an ambassador at industry events and customer engagements.
