In this role, you'll:

- You will lead the planning, development and delivery of regional ferry facilities, programs and service operations to meet performance targets and optimise resource utilisation.
- You will drive safe, efficient and commercially focused delivery of ferry works programs in a complex operational and stakeholder environment.
- You will manage teams, contracts and stakeholder relationships to deliver projects on time, within scope, cost and quality, supporting community and customer outcomes.
- Extensive experience in engineering works planning, budgeting, program delivery and managing a direct control workforce, with strong knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
- Demonstrated maritime industry experience and a sound understanding of maritime operations, asset maintenance / management, and service delivery.
- Proven experience managing operational teams, contractors, and resources in a complex, safety-critical environment.
- You're recognised as an ethical and collaborative leader, skilled at stakeholder engagement,



contract management and communicating complex information clearly.
- You bring experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and ferry or infrastructure works delivery to achieve efficient, safe and customer-focused outcomes.

A four-year engineering degree from an Australian university or equivalent overseas qualification is required
