South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Casual Suicide Prevention Peer Worker for the SafeHaven service in Kogarah, Sydney. The role involves providing compassionate peer support to individuals in suicidal distress and guiding them to appropriate services, within an after-hours drop-in program.

You will participate in staff education on suicide prevention, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing service improvements in a contemporary, supportive setting.
