Brand Collective is entering an exciting new chapter as we build our marketplace capability and create a current digital retail channel for our portfolio of brands.

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take the lead on trading for our new marketplace business. You'll manage the day-to-day trade, own the site experience and drive performance, with plenty of room to influence how the business develops. It's a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building a business, testing ideas and seeing the results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Own day-to-day trading, driving sales, GMV, margin and conversion
- Manage the trading calendar, promotions and merchandising across the site
- Make sure every product online is accurate, enriched and ready to convert
- Keep the site sharp, navigation, search, landing pages, merchandising and promotions
- Use data to keep improving product discovery, conversion and the customer journey
- Partner with the Marketing team on campaigns, EDM and content to support key trading moments
- Own budgets, forecasts and weekly reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with a small, focused ecommerce and creative team

ABOUT YOU

- 6+ years across ecommerce, digital trading or retail marketing, ideally fashion, lifestyle or multi-brand retail
- A track record trading ecommerce or digital channels and hitting sales, margin and conversion targets
- Comfortable leading and coordinating a small team across competing priorities
- Comfortable getting hands‑on in Shopify, with experience using marketplace management systems a bonus




- A strategic marketer who's just as happy in the detail of a trade meeting as in a campaign brief
- Someone who wants to help build something new, not just run what's already there
