As our Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our end-to-end supply chain delivers the performance, resilience and agility required to support Australian Defence.

About the Role

As the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics you will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of Rheinmetall Defence Australia’s end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the business delivers against its commitments in a complex manufacturing workplace.

Working within the Operations team, you will partner with Programs, Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance, to optimise supply chain performance by balancing cost, lead time, quality and supply security while driving operational excellence, supplier performance and inventory optimisation.

You will build resilient supply networks, lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop a high-performing team that enables the successful delivery of critical Defence capability.
