The Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team is seeking a Part-Time Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Care Coordination Team in Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai. You will contribute to recovery-orientated assessments, team-oriented treatment planning, and comprehensive care coordination for allocated consumers, including development and evaluation of the DBT program.

You’ll participate in supervision and CPD, work within a multidisciplinary team, and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait
