Aircall is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the APAC market, based in our Sydney office. You will join a rapid-growing team, supporting 22,000+ customers worldwide and driving successful value realization for its Small Business segment in APAC.

Based in Sydney, you’ll work in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two from home, engaging with customers to expand usage, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to deliver impactful content and automations.
