Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

- 40 hours per week.
- Monday 7am-5pm.
- Tuesday 7am-3:30pm.
- Wednesday 7am-5pm.
- Thursday 7am-3:30pm.
- Friday 7am-12pm.
- Exact schedule to be determined based on patient access needs.
