Key Responsibilities
n

- Manage and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
n
- Review HVAC/mechanical drawings, specifications and vendor documents.
n
- Coordinate site activities, materials, subcontractors and construction teams.
n
- Resolve site and technical issues and ensure work meets Australian Standards and project requirements.
n
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, work packages and other site documentation.
n
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with HSE, quality and project standards.

Required Skills
n
n
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related discipline.
n
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, SMP or Site Engineering.
n
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, ductwork, AHUs, piping and fans.
n
- Good experience in site coordination, HVAC installation, testing and commissioning.
n
- Understanding of Australian Standards and construction/project requirements.
n
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
n
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
