Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a Team Leader in Customer Contact to lead a responsive, qualified, and accessible service across phone, face-to-face and digital channels. You will coach and develop a high-performing team while improving customer experiences and operational performance.

This temporary full-time role, based in Maroochydore, offers a pro-rata base salary of $107K–$115K plus total remuneration of $122K–$130K, pro-rated for the period.
