We are looking for passionate locals with F&B; experience to join our team. If you have a passion for great food, wine and people whilst delivering an amazing customer experience, this could be a great place for your next career move.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

What you'll get to do

- Create a positive guest experience and deliver a high level of service




- Creating "WOW" moments in service and leadership
- A genuine interest in local produce and local events
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Support the management of bookings and balance seat capacity

What you need

- Experience in the restaurant / bar industry -Bar attendant, Waiter, Waitress ect
- RSA and ideally food handling certificate
- Outstanding service focus and the ability to share that with your team members
- Strong food and wine knowledge particularly of local Tasmanian produce
