RACV Royal Pines Resort is entering an exciting new chapter, with significant resort development projects underway and the implementation of innovative guest-facing technologies.

We are seeking skilled Food & Beverage Attendants who are baristas,bar tendersandtable service wait staff, to join our professional conference & events team commencing work on 7 October.

RACV Royal Pines Resort is one of Australia’s leading resorts in conference and events, hosting sporting groups, themed gala events and weddings.



Our team deliver a high standard of customer service to guests with a friendly, positive ‘can do' attitude and a helpful approach.

This could be just the right role for you?

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to experience working large and small conferences & events. You will be flexible, showcasing your customer service skill set, working behind the bar, waiting tables, pouring drinks or making coffees. Your key responsibilities include:

Greet & interact with guests

Table service - take orders, plate drop/clear and beverage service - wine, beer & spirit knowledge & service

Bar - set up, service & pack down

Barista - coffee making & machine operation

Set and clear tables

Menu knowledge & explanation

POS and cash handling

What you’ll need to be successful

Availability & flexibility to work 3+ shifts per week on a rotating roster. Shift times range between 5am - midnight/2am (depending on the event), including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays

Previous food & beverage experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar customer service environment

Barista - coffee making skills & experience

Bar - beverage knowledge & experience pouring wine, beer & mixing drinks

- Ability to carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks for table service
- Strong verbal communication skills,



including the ability to interact with guests well and to clearly explain food & beverage menus

Work well in a team environment & can follow direction

Passion for the hospitality industry & a desire to deliver 5 star customer service

Excellent grooming & personal presentation
