Job Description

Jaybro Mackay is seeking a full time Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage inbound enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and grow existing accounts. You'll deliver exceptional service and build strong customer relationships to drive sales.

In this role you'll use Salesforce, SAP and related systems, work with the sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
