- Support the development, execution and ongoing performance monitoring of pricing strategies across Plenti’s lending channels
- Build, maintain and continuously improve analytical and pricing models using statistical, database and AI tools
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity and assess their potential impact on pricing, volume and margin
- Design and evaluate pricing tests using lookback analysis
- Improve Plenti’s pricing processes and governance framework
- Prepare insights and recommendations for pricing forums
- Support business cases, investment decisions and ad hoc commercial analysis for senior leaders
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing performance, portfolio profitability and decision-making through data-driven experimentation

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial analytics or a similar analytical role
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, STEM or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel
- Robust SQL capability
- Experience building reporting and dashboards using BI tools
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to analyse data, build reporting and improve processes
- Judgement to know when AI outputs require verification




- Exposure to product or portfolio profitability analysis, ideally within financial services
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and effectively
- Databricks experience is highly regarded, though not essential
