The role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representativeto join the Rheem Sales team based out of our Rydalmere Officecovering the Sydney region.



Your key focus will be establishing anddeveloping key relationships with our customers which will requireregular and methodical calling to ensure their needs are met. Thehigh profile of this position means you will demonstrate a highlevel of diplomacy, professionalism and interpersonal skills. Bydoing this you will contribute to the achievement of sales, revenue& margin volume targets as set by the Manager and maintain a recordof customer visits and interactions via CRM.

About you

The role would suit a driven salesperson with experience acrossthe plumbing and building industry who is committed, passionate,energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as anindividual contributor and a strong team member
- Successful experience in building a territory/segmentwithin a business
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, andunderstanding business requirements of decision makers
- Experience with CRM programs preferred but notessential
- Capacity to work independently with a competitivespirit
