Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a Front Office Manager to steer the strategic and operational direction of our Front Office department. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will lead a diverse team and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and others to deliver seamless, luxurious guest experiences.
You will foster a culture of accountability, coach managers, and uphold Sofitel’s premium standards while contributing to annual budgeting and revenue goals.
