Job Description

Quick overview of the role:

We are seeking an experienced TransportCoordinator to join our Manufacturing facility based inCurrumbin. You will manage and support allDrivers/Transport to ensure all company andcustomer deliveries are successful, as well as manage the driver roster and regularly liaisewith customers to troubleshoot queries and issues.

What will you be doing?

- Allocate daily orders and coordinate driver runs to ensure customer timeframes and expectations are met.
- Organise, maintain,



and manage the daily driver roster and transport schedule.
- Ensure safe loading procedures, Chain of Responsibility requirements, and transport legislation are consistently adhered to.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to minimise internal and external demurrage issues.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure timely product distribution, return of dunnage, and completion of all required paperwork.
- Work closely with Production Planning and Bar Production to prioritise loads, coordinate customer returns, and resolve transport queries and issues.

- Relevant experience and understanding oftransport coordination
- Experience building efficient runs for drivers.
- Strong written and verbal communicationwith fantastic phone etiquette.
- Strong administration skills and competencyin Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised and able to meetdeadlines.
- Creative thinker, solid problem-solvingskills and an ability to think on feet.
- Ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with team members, senior management, customers and other stakeholders.
