Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Officer on a 12-month parental leave contract, based in Dubbo/Wellington. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am–2:00pm, within the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch.
Join a nationally recognised team delivering friendly, effective service to about 55,000 residents and millions of visitors. You’ll handle enquiries, registrations, and requests, uphold council policies, and help strengthen community outcomes.
