About the role:

This role puts you front and centre with customers at one of the Gold Coast's most recognised dealerships, giving you the skills and support to guide buyers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Engaging with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and match them to the right recent vehicle
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives that bring the product to life
- Learning how to manage the full sales process from first enquiry through to handover
- Working alongside experienced sales professionals who are invested in your development
- Building and maintaining follow‑up contact with prospects to grow your own client base
- Meeting personal sales targets with the coaching and tools to help you get there

About You:

You bring a genuine interest in people, a willingness to learn, and the kind of energy that makes customers feel confident they're in good hands.

- A current, valid driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, whether in retail, hospitality, or sales, will set you up well
- Strong communication skills let you listen carefully and explain clearly




- Comfortable working towards targets, with a mindset that sees feedback as a tool for improvement
- A genuine curiosity about vehicles and the automotive industry will help you connect with customers authentically
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to representing the dealership with professionalism
