Stockland is seeking a Senior Cost Planner to lead cost planning across the Waterloo Renewal Project, a landmark urban renewal spanning residential, infrastructure and mixed-use precincts in Sydney.

You will work with development, design and construction leaders to optimise outcomes, manage cost plans through feasibility to procurement, identify risks and opportunities, and support investment decisions with a sustainable, value-driven approach.
