Yarra Ranges Kindergartens (YRK) is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager to lead the organisation-wide P&C; function during a period of cultural change and sector reform. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide workforce strategy, capability development and risk management while supervising a small team.

You will provide explicit, decision-ready advice to executives and Boards, manage complex employee relations, and drive practical HR systems across multiple sites in the Yarra Ranges.
