Hunter Recent England Health's Ward J1 at John Hunter Children's Hospital seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 to lead a 19-bed general surgical, orthopaedic and oncology ward for children from birth to 18 years. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure protected, family-centred care and solid teamwork.
Reporting to the Acute Nurse Manager, you will drive quality improvement, support staff development and foster an inclusive culture.
