TELUS Health is seeking an Associate Customer Experience professional to manage a high-volume portfolio of 150–250 accounts, focusing on smooth contract renewals and retention of core EAP offerings. You’ll be the operational backbone of our customer success function in a fast-paced, transactional setting.
You will work remotely from Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and must manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach to at-risk accounts, delivering high-touch service and measurable
