The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic chef/cook who is looking for Full-Time employment opportunity on a Monday - Friday position. Join and be part of an expanding team at Wyong hospital café in Hamlyn terrace. Grow with us!

- Delivering high-quality food for the site whilst followingfood safety standards, policies
- and procedures
- Efficient service delivery, which anticipates andaccommodates client needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with theteam and stakeholders
- Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthyeating
- Maintaining clean, protected and hygienic work practices




- Overseeing the team on site

About You

- A passion for great food, beverage and service!
- Thorough understanding of OH&S; and Food Safetypractices
- Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading byexample
- A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Proven background of event planning and operations
- Proven ability of training and development of teams
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamicwork environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
