Job Description

CARE Australia is seeking a Gender, Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Lead to advance gender equality and support communities globally. You'll ensure GEDSI compliance across programs and provide technical leadership to country offices and partners.

The role involves developing systems, frameworks and policies, plus contributing to fundraising and business development for GEDSI programming. Hybrid work with a 2-year term is offered, with a competitive base salary and salary
