Advantaged Care Pty Ltd. is recruiting Care Service Companions for its five Sydney residences. This part time and casual role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care, promoting independence and a calm, welcoming environment for residents.

Shift options cover mornings, afternoons, and nights with flexible rostering. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent and Australian work rights. Prior aged care experience is valued but not mandatory.
