Job Description

Teachers Health in Recent South Wales is seeking a Trainer on a 12-month fixed term contract to partner with Membership Services and Claims to deliver impactful training and support employee development.

You will design and deliver onboarding and role-based training, facilitate sessions in classroom and online, craft learning materials, coach staff, identify learning needs, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with compliance and operational goals.
