The Salvation Army is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for the Withdrawal Unit at Bridge House in Perth. You will guide a dedicated nursing team, ensure secure, holistic, participant-led care, and collaborate with medical practitioners to coordinate withdrawal interventions. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the WA State Manager, AOD.
You will lead with compassion, manage rosters, and drive service quality while upholding trauma-informed, inclusive practice in a busy withdrawal setting.
