The Prospect

- Drive the Growth: Get out in the market, win new customers and grow sales across Seven Hills and the surrounding industrial areas
n
- Lead from the Front: Build strong relationships with customers and stay close to the sales activity that drives the business
n
- Run the Business: Take ownership of branch performance and make decisions that move the business forward
n
- Lead the Team: Manage an experienced team across sales, customer service and operations,



setting clear expectations and keeping everyone moving in the same direction

- Share in the Success: Strong profit share opportunity as you grow the profitability of the branch, plus company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, phone and laptop

You'll Thrive in this Role if You

n

n
- Bring Strong Sales Experience: You could already be leading a branch or business, or be an experienced BDM ready to take the next step into management. Either way, you'll know how to build relationships, win business and drive sales
n
- Know the Industry: Experience across fasteners, industrial supplies, tools, construction products, wholesale or a similar B2B environment will be highly regarded
n
- Think Commercially: You understand that growing sales, looking after customers and running a strong operation all contribute to the bottom line
n
- Can Lead a Team: You're comfortable setting expectations, holding people accountable and getting the best out of an experienced team
n
- Hold Full Working Rights: Australian or NZ citizen or permanent resident
n
- Have a Licence: A current driver's licence is essential
