Metro North Health is seeking a permanent full time senior nurse at an advanced practice level to manage and coordinate ongoing care for adolescent and young adult consumers with pelvic pain and endometriosis. You will provide specialist nursing advice, consultation, leadership and education to support the interprofessional team.
In this role, you will coordinate the consumer/patient journey, build partnerships with stakeholders, and promote evidence-based care while driving system improvements.
