You could be responsible for:

- Leading and inspiring your team to smash sales targets and KPIs
- Driving store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage
- Creating an exceptional customer experience and engaging your team to do the same
- Receiving and processing high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy
- Keeping the stockroom organised, efficient and ready for action
- Maintaining an exciting,



on-brand store environment
- Jumping onto the shop floor and supporting your team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who bringenergy, personality and a genuine passion for sneakers and streetwear.

You’ll ideally have:

- A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience
- A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
- Previous retail, leadership or stockroom experience — a bonus, but not essential
- A motivated, driven“Make It Happen”attitude
- The confidence and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required
