Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced order pickers and pallet rider operators to join our new Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre. We're looking for operators who enjoy a fast paced environment, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.

About the Role:

n

As an Order Picker Operator, you'll use a pallet rider picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operate a pallet rider equipment safely at all times
n
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners
n
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
n




- Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
n
- Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
n
- Follow all WHS and food safety procedures
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous pallet rider experience
n
- RF scanning experience
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
n
- Strong focus on safety and quality
n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
- Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
