St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Social Worker to join the Heart and Lung Stream, providing psychosocial assessment, counselling, and family support to inpatients and carers across Cardiology, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Thoracic Medicine, and related services.

You will participate in multidisciplinary teams, contribute to discharge planning, and support community referrals, with on-call duties and opportunities for career development, salary packaging, and not-for-profit
