Westpac Group's Model Risk team seeks a senior professional to lead independent validations across enterprise models including capital, funding and liquidity, and risk areas in Sydney. The role is permanent and full time, based in Sydney/Warrane, Gadigal Country.

You will guide junior team members, strengthen model risk practices, and contribute to governance around emerging AI applications in enterprise models while collaborating with business and risk stakeholders.
