We're partnering with a progressive electrical and renewable energy company experiencing strong growth across the Hunter region. With an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, they're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to take ownership of projects, mentor installers and help drive operational excellence.

n

This is more than a toolbox role. You'll be the go-to person on site, leading teams, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard, and providing technical guidance across a range of renewable energy projects.

The Role

n

Reporting directly into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Supervising electrical and installation teams across multiple projects
n
- Leading the delivery of solar PV, battery storage and EV charging installations
n
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and industry regulations
n
- Conducting site inspections, commissioning and quality assurance checks
n
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing onsite support
n
- Coordinating materials,



equipment and scheduling requirements

- Mentoring apprentices and junior team members
n
- Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
n
- Proven experience leading teams on electrical projects
n
- Strong understanding of solar, battery or renewable energy systems
n
- SAA Accreditation highly regarded
n
- Experience commissioning and fault-finding electrical systems
n
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
n
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
