This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata’d to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.

Nurse Manager Grade 3/Midwife Manager Grade 3: $158,236.73 - $161,174.38 + Superannuation

Level 5: Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist: $141,319 - $144,756 + Superannuation

What you'll be doing

- Manage operational and strategic service delivery and provide leadership to the Integrated Care team and its initiatives.
- Overall program development, implementation, management, reporting, monitoring and evaluation will be undertaken to improve health outcomes, patient experience of care and better co-ordination of services across the continuum of care.
