You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of NSW Government vibrancy and public space programs, contributing to the creation of high-quality, walkable and liveable communities across NSW.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of complex grant and funding programs, including assessment, contracting, milestone management, acquittals, compliance and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across government, local councils, industry and other delivery partners to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, executive updates and program documentation while ensuring strong governance and record management practices.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely advice to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate working groups and stakeholder engagement activities to support successful program delivery and community outcomes.
- Support capability development across the team by sharing knowledge, coaching and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- You have experience coordinating projects, programs, partnerships or community initiatives in a complex stakeholder workplace.
- You're a confident relationship builder with the ability to engage and collaborate with government agencies, local councils, community partners and industry stakeholders. You have experience developing recommendations on complex program, stakeholder or delivery matters and communicating these to decision-makers.
- You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, briefings and project documentation.
- You have an understanding of project governance, procurement, risk management and performance reporting.
- You're passionate about creating vibrant places, active communities and delivering outcomes that make a positive impact across NSW.
