About the role

The Business Service Centre is part of Eastern Health’s Business Services Directorate and is responsible for managing key systems, processes, and services that support the safe, efficient, and effective operation of Eastern Health’s hospitals and facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Business Service Centre & Reception Services Team Leader to lead day-to-day operations across the Box Hill and Maroondah campuses. Working closely with another Team Leader, you will drive service excellence, coordinate workforce requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and operational support. The position provides visible leadership across both sites through a rotating site presence and participation in an on-call roster, fostering an engaged, capable, and customer-focused team.

This is a full-time role with standard business hours of 0800 - 1630 Monday to Friday, and participation in a rotating on-call roster for evenings/overnights/weekends is required to support staff working 24/7 across Box Hill and Maroondah.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
