For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related transformations. You will manage governance, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, this role requires solid leadership, national travel, and a hands-on approach to drive business outcomes while embedding best-practice delivery standards.
