Village Bakehouse Bathurst is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will help lead the retail team, ensure smooth service, and deliver our Village Bakehouse experience to customers.

You will supervise staff, maintain product displays, and respond to customer inquiries in a warm, skilled manner. Experience in retail/hospitality is preferred; a food safety certificate is a bonus.
