Bailey Nelson in Mornington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to open our brand-new store in early October 2026. You’ll support the Store Manager and Optometrist, lead the team, and ensure a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.

This full time role requires a confident leader, excellent service, and Sunday to Thursday availability. We offer strong incentives, ongoing training, and clear internal progression as we expand across ANZ.
