The opportunity

The Corporate Integrity Project and Support Officer plays a keyrole in supporting the Manager Corporate Integrity and broaderCorporate Integrity team through high level administrative,project and governance support. This position contributes tothe successful delivery of departmental initiatives,coordinates key administrative processes, and builds strongrelationships across Council and with external stakeholders toensure the effective operation of the Corporate Integrityfunction.

What you’ll do

- Provideexecutive and administrative support to the ManagerCorporate Integrity
- Coordinate and support projects, governance activitiesand departmental initiatives
- Preparecorrespondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes anddocumentation
- Managepurchase orders, invoices, meetings, appointments andtraining activities
- Buildand maintain effective relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

- Diplomain Business Administration or relevant qualificationsand/or experience
- Extensive executive administration and organisationalsupport experience
- Strongcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting projects, governance processesand committee activities




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability tomanage competing priorities
